BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT 2024

STPI is co-hosting the 27th edition of the Asia’s biggest IT Event BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT (Formerly BengaluruITE.Biz), a event which will be held from 19^th to 21^st November 2024 organized by Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka. The Core theme of this year’s event is “Unbound”. During the event, STPI will sponsor stalls to the 60 MSME/Start-up companies (IT/ITES/ESDM) in STPI Pavilion to exhibit and showcase their products and services. The event will also witness the STPI IT Export Awards 2024 Ceremony during which the IT/ITES/ESDM companies will be recognized with the IT awards.

‘STPI Pavilion’ at BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT 2024

STPI has been promoting IT MSMEs/Start-Ups by providing platform for showcasing their products / services during the event BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT every year. This year also, STPI will be sponsoring the special exhibition space in ‘STPI Pavilion’ at the BENGALURU TECH SUMMIT 2024 for IT MSMEs/Start-Ups. Around 60 Start-Up units across the country are expected to participate and reap the benefits of global event. There shall also be an exclusive STPI stall for promoting STPI initiatives.

STPI Karnataka IT Export Awards for the year 2023-24

Similar to the previous years, this year also STPI will be awarding the deserving IT companies during the occasion of STPI IT Export Awards 2024 Ceremony which will be held as part of the event Bengaluru Tech Summit 2024. The Ceremony will be held on 20th November 2024, Wednesday, 6 PM onwards and will witness the IT/ITES/ESDM companies receiving awards for their performance and contribution to the Industry.

Event Description

To create Global Startups in the ESDM sector including cognitive computing & social sensing, nurture start-ups and design entrepreneurs to promote India’s capabilities in ESDM, nurture service / trading MSME to ‘Make in India’, generate IPRs& products.

Focus Area

The start-ups having any innovative idea/solution in the domain of Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) or Cognitive Computing & Social Sensing   are encouraged to  can apply for EP 2.0 OCP  

Who Can Apply

The start-up should be incorporated as a

• Private Limited Company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or 
• Registered Partnership Firm (Regd. under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932) or
• Limited Liability Partnership (under the Liability Partnership Act 2008)
  The date of registration/incorporation should not  be beyond 10 years.

If a company is not registered, an application may be made in the names of the promoters/founders. However, the promoters/founders must ensure that the company is registered within a period of 3 months from the date of selection for CoE.
